Changing Lives Campaign – One year on

It is quite amazing to think that just over a year has passed since the successful launch of the Changing Lives Campaign at Mansion House. The key theme that evening was the social mobility challenge facing this country and the role Reigate Grammar School can play within its local community to provide life changing opportunities to those whose potential is far greater than their financial means.

Our primary objective was to raise £1 million and have a minimum of twenty ‘1675 Scholars’ attending Reigate Grammar School by 2016. As you can see from the current statistics, we are well on the way to achieving this target.

We are delighted to announce that thanks to the generous support of the Reigatian Community, we have already raised over £800,000 to date and have 11 students currently attending RGS as a result of  our Changing Lives campaign.

The longer term aim is to build the fund to £4million by 2025 (our 350th anniversary) and provide for 50 scholars.
